Dr. Ross Breckels is a Senior Scientific Evaluator for Health Canada’s Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA). He holds a PhD in biology with a speciality in aquatic ecotoxicology and physiology. Over the last 8 years at PMRA, Ross has been involved in several technical teams pertaining to mitigation and ecosystem health, such as vegetative filter strips, spray drift mitigation, water monitoring, and drones. Ross is actively involved with the drone file and sits on the OECD Drone/UASS Subgroup and is chair of the internal PMRA Drone Working Group.
