Previously CEO of ADAPTIV in California, he led programs that delivered over US$100M in client savings by combining practical technology, coaching, and clear measures of success. Matt chaired Citrus Australia’s Future Production and Technology Committee and speaks internationally on innovation, technology, and sustainability. He is known for connecting growers, advisers, suppliers, retailers, and regulators, translating field insight into choices people trust, and building adoption paths that scale. His work focuses on outcomes that are safer, more sustainable, and felt in the field and the P&L, with progress that lasts.
